手法推拿配合针灸拔罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手法推拿配合针灸拔罐在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的价值。方法选取辽宁省朝阳市中心医院按摩科2018年5月—2019年8月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者78例,按随机投掷法分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用传统手法推拿治疗,研究组采用手法推拿配合针灸拔罐治疗,对比2组治疗有效率及治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、日本骨科学会腰椎功能评估治疗分数(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)。结果研究组治疗总有效率94.87%(37/39),高于对照组的71.79%(28/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前VAS评分、JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组VAS评分低于对照组、JOA评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法推拿配合针灸拔罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,推广价值高。Objective To explore the value of manipulatio n massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and cupping in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Seventy-eight patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to the random throw method.The control group was treated with traditional manipulation massage.The study group was treated with manipulation massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and cupping.The effective rate and the visual analogue scale(VAS)before and after treatment and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.87%(37/39),which was higher than that of the control group(71.79%,28/39),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS score and JOA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group and JOA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulation massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and cupping is effective in treating lumbar disc herniation,and has high promotion value.
