耳穴压豆法联合中药穴位贴敷法治疗下肢骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆法联合中药穴位贴敷法治疗下肢骨折的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月—2019年2月南昌市洪都中医院收治的84例下肢骨折患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组使用地佐辛联合氟比洛芬酯治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用耳穴压豆法联合中药穴位贴敷法治疗。比较2组患者的视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分及治疗总有效率。结果观察组患者术后6、12、24、48 h的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢骨折患者术后采用耳穴压豆法联合中药穴位贴敷法治疗的镇痛效果明显,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the postoperative analgesic effect of auricular point pressing combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with lower extremity fracture treated by surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with lower limb fracture admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,all patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dezocine combined with Flurbiprofen axetil,and the observation group was treated with auricular point pressing method combined with Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and total response rate were compared between the 2 groups.Results VAS scores of observation group were lower than control group 6,12,24 and 48 h after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lower limb fracture after operation,auricular point pressing method combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious analgesic effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
