生化汤联合米索前列醇治疗产后子宫复旧不良临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生化汤联合米索前列醇治疗产后子宫复旧不良的疗效。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月在江西省都昌县人民医院治疗的产后子宫复旧不良患者60例,按随机抽签法分组,对照组30例,使用米索前列醇治疗,观察组30例,用生化汤联合米索前列醇治疗。对比2组临床治疗有效率及血液流变学指标。结果经治疗,观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30)高于对照组70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,其血液流变学指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论生化汤联合米索前列醇治疗产后子宫复旧不良,治疗效果良好,产妇临床症状可得到良好改善,此方法可应用于临床。Objective To explore the effect of Shenghua decoction combined with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum uterine involution.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,60 patients with postpartum uterine involution who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group of 30 cases and the observation group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with misoprostol,while the observation group was treated with Shenghua decoction combined with misoprostol.The effective rate and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30)which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%,21/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemorheological indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Shenghua decoction combined with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum uterine involution good therapeutic effect.The clinical symptoms of puerpera can be improved,and this method can be used in clinical medicine.
