摘　　要：肝硬化腹水属中医学"臌胀"范畴,根据经验总结其治疗上应注意以下几点:(1)谙熟病机,条分缕析,该病属本虚标实之证,治疗当以健脾和胃,渗湿利水,软坚散结为基本治则;(2)结合体质,整体调治,注意湿邪为患,以整体治疗理念为指导,辨证施治,重视湿邪作用,根据患者体质、季节等实际情况合理用药,慎用温补法,应以调达气机、祛除湿邪为法;(3)时刻注意健脾和胃,保护正气,治法以益气健脾和胃为主,酌情合用疏肝养肝之法,随症加减。(4)莫忘疏达肝气,调理气机,调畅中焦气机是治疗该病的重中之重,而疏达肝气亦是不可或缺的一个环节。Hepatocirrhosis ascites belongs to the category of"tympanitis"in traditional Chinese medicine.According to the experience,we should pay attention to the following points in the treatment:firstly,we should be familiar with the pathogenesis and analyze it in detail.This disease belongs to the syndrome of deficiency and excess.The treatment should be based on the basic principles of strengthening the spleen and stomach,infiltrating the dampness and benefiting the water,and softening the hardness and dispersing the knot.Secondly,combined with the constitution,the whole treatment,pay attention to dampness as the disease,guided by the whole treatment concept,treat according to syndrome differentiation,pay attention to the function of dampness,use the medicine reasonably according to the actual situation of the patient’s constitution,season and so on,use the method of warming and tonifying cautiously,should take the method of regulating the qi and removing dampness as the method.Thirdly,we should always pay attention to strengthening the spleen and stomach,protect the healthy qi,and treat it mainly by supplementing qi and strengthening the spleen and stomach.Finally,don’t forget to dredge the liver qi,regulate the qi mechanism,and regulate the middle jiao qi mechanism,which is the most important part of the treatment of the disease,and dredge the liver qi is also an indispensable link.
