敷和汤合黄连阿胶汤治疗不寐验案1则

摘　　要：不寐病名首见于《难经》,临床上多认为是由于饮食不节、情志失常、劳倦等原因所导致的机体阴阳失调,营卫失和,阳不入阴。故治疗上以补虚泄实、调整阴阳为原则。谢军教授学习运用龙砂医派司天方理论,在临床上利用三因司天方治疗不寐取得了较好的疗效。其中敷和汤即是出自《陈无择医学全书》的三因司天方之一,其方以五运六气学说为理论基础,针对巳、亥年运气特点,主治相应的病证。黄连阿胶汤则出自《伤寒杂病论》少阴病篇,主治不寐之心肾不交证。In the traditional Chinese medicine,insomnia is first seen in Nan Jing.It is believed to be the yin and yang imbalance caused by improper diet,emotional disorder,and tiredness.Therefore,the principle of treatment is to fill the void and release the substance and adjust the yin and yang.Professor Xie Jun,the author’s supervisor,used Sanyin Sitian decoction to treat insomnia and achieved good results on the basis of Sitian prescription theory of Longsha medical schools.Fuhe decoction is one of the Sanyin Sitian decoction from Chen Wuze Yixue Quanshu,it is based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,and according to the characteristics of the year named Sihai,attending the corresponding disease.Huanglian Ejiao decoction is from the Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,it is used to treat type of failure of the heart and kidney integrating of insomnia.
