摘  要:为提高醇酸树脂性能,制备了干燥速率快、硬度高、低VOCs的乳液,采用相反转法制备丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂乳液,探究了乳化温度、碱加量、剪切速率等工艺条件对乳液稳定性及漆膜性能的影响。结果表明,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺质量为5.3 g/(400 g树脂)、乳化剂质量分数为6%、乳化温度为85℃、剪切速率为5000~7000 r/min时,制备的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂乳液稳定性好,漆膜的干燥、耐水等性能均得到较大提高。In order to improve the performance of alkyd resin,the emulsion that can dry fast,has a high hardness and contains low VOCs is prepared,and used to make acrylic modified alkyd resin by phase inversion method.The influences of process conditions such as emulsification temperature,alkali dosage and shear rate on the stability and coating film performance of the emulsion are studied.It is shown that the prepared acrylic modified alkyd resin emulsion has a good stability,and can form the coating film with better drying and water resistance performance when the adding amount of N—N dimethylformamide is 5.3 g per 400 g of resin,the mass fraction of emulsifier is 6%,emulsifying temperature is at 85℃and shear rate is in the range of 5000-7000 rpm.
