摘  要:多级配电网协调转供可有效缓解负荷高峰期出现的输电阻塞与设备过载问题。该文首先分析高中压配电网典型结构,建立接线拓扑图,并推导了各种典型拓扑的有功平衡方程。充分利用各级配电网的网络特征,结合有功功率平衡、变电站出力、线路载流量和拓扑约束,以转供操作的总成本最小为目标函数,提出计及多电压等级配电网拓扑约束的协调转供优化模型;将目标函数线性化后转化为混合整数线性规划问题,采用CPLEX工具箱进行求解。最后,通过某实际多电压等级配电网进行仿真分析,验证文中模型的有效性。The coordinated power transfer of multi-level distribution network can effectively relieve transmission congestion and overload of equipment problems during peak load period.This paper first analyzed the typical structure of high and middle voltage distribution network,established wiring graphs and derived the active power balance equations of various typical topologies.The network characteristics of distribution networks are fully utilized at all levels.Combining active power balance,substations’output,carrying capacity of current transmission lines,and topological constraints.The coordinated power transfer optimization model of multi-voltage-level distribution network considering topology constraints was proposed for the objective function of minimum total cost in power transfer operation.After being linearized,the model was a mixed integer linear programming problem,so CPLEX tools were used for solving the problem.Finally,a practical multi-voltage-level distribution network was used for simulating and verifying that the proposed model was effective.
