摘  要:能源互联网的发展促使售电公司逐步转型为综合能源服务商,而其如何制定吸引用户的售能策略成为研究重点。首先,结合电、热、气综合能源系统的物理结构,提出"综合能源服务商-用户"利益共同体协调运营优化策略,即利益共享、风险共担,并为多种用户制定考虑可削减负荷、可转移负荷以及电量回购的3类柔性调节能源销售套餐。其次,提出基于让利行为的利益分配规则和风险收益对等原则,并利用条件风险价值法(conditional value at risk,CVaR)度量利益共同体面临的总风险损失。接着,以综合能源服务商利润最大化、用户综合满意度最大化、以及用户承担的风险最小化为目标,构建利益共同体非线性多目标优化模型。最后,结合第二代非支配排序遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)和模糊隶属度函数求出最优折中解,结果证明所提的利益共同体协调运营优化策略可以实现综合能源服务商、用户的利益-风险最优化。With the development of energy Internet, power retailers have gradually transformed into integrated energy service provider(IESP), and how to formulate energy sales strategies to attract users has become a research focus. First of all, combined with the physical structure of the integrated energy system of electricity, heat and gas, this paper put forward the coordinated operation optimization strategy of "integrated energy service provider-users" interest community, which was benefit and risk sharing. Also, three types of flexible energy sales packages considering interruptible load, transferable load and power repurchase were formulated for multi-users. Secondly, the paper proposed the profit distribution rules based on the behavior of giving profits and the principle of reciprocity between risk and profit, and used conditional value at risk(CVaR) to measure the total risk faced by the interest community. Then, a nonlinear multi-objective optimization model of the interest community was constructed with the goal of maximizing the apportioned profit of IESP, maximizing the comprehensive satisfaction of users and minimizing the risk of users. Finally, the optimal compromise solution was obtained by combining non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II(NSGA-II) and fuzzy membership function, and the results show that the proposed coordinated operation optimization strategy of interest community can realize the profit and risk optimization of integrated energy service providers and users.
