摘　　要：目的了解2014—2019年广西老年人伤害死亡状况和变化趋势,为老年人制定有效的伤害防控策略和措施提供科学依据。方法收集我国人口死亡登记信息系统2014—2019年广西居民伤害死亡数据中的65岁及以上常住人口死亡数据,统计分析其死亡率、标化死亡率、死因顺位、年度变化百分比等指标。结果2014—2019年广西报告65岁及以上老年人伤害死亡率为153.98/10万,标化死亡率为146.45/10万,是老年人群的第五位死因,老年男性伤害死亡率高于老年女性(χ^(2)=284.703,P<0.001),且死亡率随着年龄的增长而增长(χ^(2)趋势=3990.216,P<0.001)。意外跌落为老年人首位伤害死因,死亡率达72.70/10万,占伤害总死亡人数的47.21%。结论意外跌落为广西老年人伤害死亡的首要原因,全社会应采取积极有效的防控措施,减少老年人伤害的发生,提高生存质量。Objective To analyze the situation and the changing trend of injury death among elderly in Guangxi province from 2014 to 2019, and to provide scientific basis for formulating the effective injury preventive measures and strategies.Methods The monitoring data of death of permanent residents aged 65 and above in Guangxi province from 2014 to 2019 were collected from Country,s Population Death Registration System, and statistically analyzed its mortality, standardized mortality, order of death, annual change percentage, and other indicators.Results From 2014 to 2019, Guangxi reported an injury mortality of 153.98 per 100 000 for the elderly aged 65 and over, and a standardized injury mortality of 146.45 per 100 000, which was the fifth cause of death in the elderly population. The injury mortality among male elderly was higher than elderly female(χ^(2)=284.703,P<0.001), and the mortality rate increased with age(χ^(2) trend=3 990.216,P<0.001). Accidental falls were the leading cause of injury death among the elderly, and the mortality was 72.70 per 100 000, accounting for 47.21% of all causes.Conclusions Accidental fall is the leading cause of death from injury among the elderly in Guangxi. The whole society should take active and effective prevention and control measures to reduce the occurrence of injuries and improve the quality of life for the elderly people.
