摘　　要：高校实验室是培养学生创新精神和创新能力的重要平台,加强实验室建设有助于深化创新创业教育发展。高校实验室存在着建设规划与创新创业教育发展步调不一致、管理机制与学生创新实践需求不匹配等问题。常州大学在推进实验室建设整合、推动实验室管理改革、加强实验室管理队伍建设、优化实验教学体系等方面进行创新与实践,建立了实验室支撑创新创业教育的有效机制。University laboratory is an important platform to cultivate students’ innovative spirit and ability, and strengthening laboratory construction helps to deepen the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education. There are some problems in the university laboratories, such as the inconsistency between the construction planning and development pace of innovation and entrepreneurship education, mismatch between the management mechanism and students’ innovation and practice need, etc. Changzhou University has carried out innovation and practice in promoting the integration of laboratory construction, promoting the reform of laboratory management, strengthening the construction of laboratory management team, optimizing the experimental teaching system, etc., and established an effective mechanism for laboratory to support innovation and entrepreneurship education.
