摘  要:为了解决传统传感器存在的尺寸过大,灵敏度受限的问题,利用超介质的非常规特性,设计了一种基于六边形互补开环谐振器(CSRR)的二元混合物浓度传感器,提出一种将微流体管嵌入该传感器中心的方式来检测少量样本。将3种二元混合物:甲醇-水、乙醇-水和甲醇-乙醇,分别以20%的步长配置出6种不同浓度和具有不同介电常数的溶液。通过分析仿真数据中谐振频点或谐振点深度与混合物浓度的关系,得出在工作频率为2~3 GHz时,设计的传感器对介电常数相差较大的甲醇-水、乙醇-水的灵敏度分别高达19.7 MHz/10%浓度、26.1 MHz/10%浓度。更值一提的是对介电常数非常接近的甲醇-乙醇的灵敏度也能高达7.5 MHz/10%浓度,并通过实验对仿真结果进行验证。此外,仿真并分析了不同的环个数和环形状(三角形、四边形、五边形、六边形和圆形)对S参数的影响,得出六边形为最优结构,并利用等效电路对传感原理和设计结构进行了理论分析。结果表明:所设计的传感器在最优结构条件下,具有高灵敏度、尺寸紧凑、非接触式传感、选择性高的特点,在多功能传感器应用领域具有巨大潜力。In order to solve the problems of large scale and limited sensitivity of traditional sensors,a binary mixture concentration sensor based on hexagonal complementary spilt ring resonator(SRR)is designed by taking advantage of the unconventional characteristics of metamaterials.A microfluidic tube is embedded in the center of the sensor to detect small amount of samples.Three binary mixtures,methanol water,ethanol water and methanol ethanol,were used to prepare six solutions with different concentrations and dielectric constants in 20%step size,respectively.By analyzing the relationship between the resonance frequency or the resonance point depth and the concentration of the mixture in the simulation data,it can be concluded that the sensitivity of the sensor designed to methanol water and ethanol water with large difference of dielectric constant is as high as 19.7 MHz/10%concentration and 26.1 MHz/10%concentration when the working frequency is 2~3 GHz,respectively.What’s more,the sensitivity of methanol ethanol with very close dielectric constant can be as high as 7.5 MHz/10%concentration.The simulation results were verified by experiments.In addition,we simulate and analyze the influence of different ring number and ring shape(triangle,quadrilateral,Pentagon,hexagon and circle)on S parameters,and conclude that hexagon is the optimal structure,and then an analysis is made of the sensing principle and design structure by using the equivalent circuit.The results show that the sensor designed has the characteristics of high sensitivity,compact size,non-contact sensing and high selectivity under the optimal structure conditions,with great potential in the application field of multi-functional sensors.
