可视喉镜在冈比亚全身麻醉气管插管患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较可视喉镜与普通喉镜在冈比亚全身麻醉气管插管患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析在冈比亚爱德华·弗朗西斯·斯莫教学医院2019年8月-2020年3月行择期气管插管全身麻醉治疗的28例患者相关资料,依据气管插管工具的不同分为可视喉镜组15例和普通喉镜组13例,比较两组声门暴露时间、气管插管时间、一次气管插管成功率、并发症发生率及气管插管前后血流动力学相关指标变化情况。结果可视喉镜组声门暴露时间、气管插管时间、一次气管插管成功率、并发症发生率,以及气管插管前后血流动力学相关指标变化情况,均优于普通喉镜组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可视喉镜应用于冈比亚全身麻醉气管插管患者中的效果确切,能够提高气管插管成功效率,减少并发症的发生,优于普通喉镜。Objective To compare the effect of visual laryngoscope and ordinary laryngoscope in patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia in Gambia.Methods A retrospective analysis of 28 patients who underwent selective endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia at the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital in Gambia from August 2019 to March 2020.According to the different endotracheal intubation tools,they were divided into visual laryngoscopes with 15 cases and the ordinary laryngoscopy group with 13 cases.The glottis exposure time,tracheal intubation time,one-time tracheal intubation success rate,complication rate and changes in hemodynamic related indexes before and after tracheal intubation between the two groups were compared.Results The glottis exposure time,tracheal intubation time,onetime tracheal intubation success rate,complication rate,and changes in hemodynamic related indicators before and after tracheal intubation in the visual laryngoscope group were all significantly better than those in the ordinary laryngoscope group(P<0.05).Conclusion The visual laryngoscope has a definite effect for patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia in the Gambia.It can improve the successful efficiency of tracheal intubation and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is better than ordinary laryngoscopes.
