摘  要:近年来,国内多个换流站发生国外某公司生产的换流变阀侧SF6气体绝缘环氧树脂浸纸(RIP)干式套管因内部插接结构严重过热引起的内部闪络放电故障,该型号套管内部铜铝导电杆为表带触指触头插接结构,因装配需要,铜导杆上端部装配有尼龙材质的导向锥。为查明套管过热故障原因、消除同类设备隐患,笔者结合套管结构、设备故障特征及实物解体插拔测试情况对该类套管存在的安全隐患进行了分析,利用红外测温、X光成像等检测技术手段对±500 kV昭通换流站同类隐患套管的运行情况进行了普测评估并提出了隐患整治措施。最终采取更换为改进结构铝导电筒的方式完成了昭通换流站27支隐患套管的现场维修,整治后运行两年,未出现套管故障或过热情况,设备隐患得到控制。相关隐患分析及整治措施可为同类设备隐患整治提供借鉴。In recent years,several converter stations in China have experienced internal flashover failures caused by the severe overheating of the internal plug structure of the SF6 RIP bushings on the converter valve side produced by a foreign company,the inner copper-aluminum conductor rod of this type of sleeve is a plug-connected structure with strap contacts.In order to find out the cause of overheat of bushing and eliminate the hidden trouble of similar equipment,the author analyzes the hidden trouble of this kind of bushing by combining the bushing structure,the fault characteristics of the equipment and the actual disassembly and plug test,the operation of the same kind of hidden trouble bushing in±500 kV Zhaotong converter station is evaluated by means of infrared temperature measurement and X-ray imaging.Finally,27 hidden trouble bushings in Zhaotong converter station were repaired by replacing with improved structure aluminum conductive torch.After two years operation,no casing failure or overheat occurred,and the hidden trouble of equipment was controlled.The related hidden trouble analysis and the regulation measure can provide the reference for the similar equipment hidden trouble regulation.
