摘  要:变压器套管侧绝缘化改造是国网十八项反措的重点工作,笔者研究了涂料改性法的变压器套管侧绝缘化改造原理、特点及试验方法,分析了RTV涂料的试验项目类别和绝缘化的劣势,着重对比了无溶剂绝缘涂料与RTV涂料的区别,并根据RTV涂料应用环境,提出了新型无溶剂涂料的试验项目。研究发现,用于绝缘子和导体的涂层使用参数存在差别,用于导体表面绝缘化的涂料在导热、附着力、平整度方面更加严格,建议用于导体的绝缘涂层增加导热系数、硬度、柔韧性、耐磨性等参数以对无溶剂型绝缘涂料的性能进行测试,在此基础上对无溶剂型绝缘材料的项目重新进行了分类和归纳。The insulation transformation of transformer bushing side is the key work of State Grid 18 counter measures. The author explores the principle,characteristics and test methods of insulation transformation of transformer bushing side based on coating modification method,analyzes the test item categories and insulation disadvantages of existing RTV coating,emphatically compares the difference between solvent-free insulating coating and RTV coating,and applies RTV coating according to the application environment,the test items of new solvent-free coatings are given. It is found that there are differences in the use parameters of the coating used for insulator and conductor,and the coating used for surface insulation of conductor is stricter in terms of heat conduction,adhesion and flatness. It is suggested that parameters such as thermal conductivity,hardness,flexibility and wear resistance should be added to the insulating coating for conductor to test the performance of solvent-free insulating coating,and on this basis,solvent-free insulation is tested the items of materials are classified and summarized again.
