摘  要:研究了温度与载荷关联作用对石墨密封材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高温摩擦磨损试验机(HT-1000)对石墨密封材料在不同温度和载荷下的摩擦磨损性能进行评估。结果表明:在不同温度、载荷条件下,石墨密封材料磨损机制不同,在300-400℃温度下,摩擦系数仅为0.027-0.050,在450℃温度下成膜时间延长,摩擦系数提升至0.1,石墨材料磨损机制发生改变,高温加速石墨材料表面氧化侵蚀,物理吸附膜转变为氧化反应膜,高负载下摩擦副与摩擦面黏着加剧,转移膜更完整,但相应的成膜时间延长,在300-400 g的负载下,试样的摩擦系数仅为0.125-0.190。The effect of the correlation between temperature and load on the friction and wear properties of graphite sealing materials was studied.The friction and wear properties of graphite sealing materials at different temperatures and loads were evaluated by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and high temperature friction and wear testing machine(HT-1000).The results showed that the wear mechanism of graphite sealing materials was different under different temperature and load conditions.At 300-400 ℃,the friction coefficient was only 0.027-0.050.At 450℃ the film forming time was prolonged,the friction coefficient was increased to 0.1 and the wear mechanism of graphite materials changed.The high temperature accelerated the oxidation erosion on the surface of the graphite material.At the same time,the physical adsorption film changed into the oxidation reaction film and the adhesion between the friction pair and the friction surface intensified under high load.The transfer film was more complete,but the corresponding film forming time prolonged.The friction coefficient of the sample was only 0.125-0.190 under the load of 300-400 g.
