摘  要:C/C-SiC复合材料是一种耐磨性好、抗烧蚀的高温热结构材料,被广泛应用于航空航天、摩擦制动、热防护等领域,然而几种制备C/C-SiC复合材料的单一工艺方法均存在着局限性与不足之处。本文重点介绍了几种制备C/C-SiC复合材料的组合工艺,并分析了组合工艺各自的优缺点。综述了C/C-SiC陶瓷基复合材料基体改性的相关进展,并对组合工艺的优化方向进行了展望。C/C-SiC composite material is a high temperature thermal structure material with good wear resistance and ablation resistance.It is widely used in aerospace,friction braking,thermal protection and other fields.However,There are limitations and deficiencies in the single process method of fabricating C/C-SiC composites.This article focuses on several combined processes for preparing C/C-SiC composites,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the combined processes.The related progress of C/C-SiC ceramic matrix composite matrix modification is reviewed,and the optimization direction of the combined process is prospected.
