摘  要:为解决常规蚕茧索绪工艺中因索绪温度过高,易引起吊糙增多、能耗增大等问题,提出了一种超声辅助处理的蚕茧低温索绪工艺。在索绪前,首先对蚕茧进行超声处理,随后在低于常规索绪温度下(80℃)进行索绪、缫制生丝。结果表明:在低温索绪时引入超声辅助处理,可提高蚕茧解舒率,减少索绪次数和万米吊糙次数;提高了解舒较差蚕茧所缫制生丝的含胶率、抱合、力学性能,使茧丝之间胶着性更好。上述结果可为超声辅助蚕茧低温索绪工艺的进一步研究和应用提供依据。In order to solve the problems of high frequency of rushing upon cocoons and high energy consumption caused by high temperature in the conventional cocoon brushing process, a low-temperature cocoon brushing process assisted with ultrasound was proposed. Silkworm cocoons were treated with ultrasound before cocoon brushing, and then cocoon brushing and reeling were performed at a temperature(80 ℃) lower than the conventional cocoon brushing temperature. The results showed that low-temperature cocoon brushing process assisted with ultrasound can improve the reelability, reduce the times of cocoon brushing and the frequency of rushing upon cocoons per 10 000 m. Meanwhile, it improves the sericin content, cohesion and mechanical properties of raw silk reeled from silkworm cocoons of poor reelability, and makes better adhesion of cocoon filaments. This research can provide a basis for further research and application of the low-temperature cocoon brushing process assisted with ultrasound.
