摘  要:上博简《恒先》描绘了从宇宙生成到人间秩序建立的图景。篇首的"亘先"当读作"极先",而非"恒先","极先"指时间的始端。"极"指有终极性的宇宙本原,也指终极的状态。简文中的不定代词"或"指代宇宙的本原,它具有"极"的属性。《恒先》认为,"或"是宇宙生成的驱动力,而万物化育的关键则是事物之间的相互作用,表现为"欲"和"复";"气"是"自生""自作",万事万物也是"自生""自作""自为";君主当"无为",以因循万物之自然生息。The bamboo manuscript"Heng xian"held in a collection at the Shanghai Museum delineates the process from the genesis of the cosmos to the establishment of human order.It opens with the term gen xian亘先,which should be read as ji xian,rather than heng xian.Ji xian refers to the initial time of cosmos.Ji refers to the ultimate origin of the cosmos,as well as the ultimate state.The indefinite pronoun huo(something)refers to the origin of the cosmos,which has the attribute of ji.The"Heng xian"claims that huo is the motivating force of the formation of the cosmos,and the key to the generation of myriad beings is their interactions,which is manifested as yu(desire)and fu(reproduction);Qi arises spontaneously and all things generate and act spontaneously;rulers should adhere to the principle of wuwei(non-action)and follow the nature of all things.
