摘　　要：溶剂脱沥青装置原仪表采用二次盘装仪表控制,仪表完好率、自控率、平稳率仅97%、90%、95%,通过DCS改造更新为DeltaV中文控制系统,仪表完好率、自控率、平稳率分别提高至99.5%、99.7%、97.2%。The original instrument of the solvent deasphalting device is controlled by a secondary panel-mounted instrument.The instrument integrity rate,automatic control rate,and stability rate are only 97%,90%,and 95%.It is updated to the DeltaV Chinese control system through DCS transformation.The instrument integrity rate is only 97%,90%,and 95%.The self-control rate and stability rate were increased to 99.5%,99.7%,and 97.2% respectively.
