摘 要:NVH性能控制是CVT变速器开发与集成的关键技术,而对于钢带自激振动引起的异常噪声问题,在行业内缺乏系统性的分析研究。以某SUV车型的加速工况异响噪声为背景,在整车与台架分别进行了噪声源的识别与排查,阐述CVT变速器自激励噪声的机理,并从变速器本体和整车路径上提出具体的工程措施。然后通过锥轮组装配与锥轮表面粗糙度的工艺优化,测试与验证改进方案的有效性,这些研究结果对于提升CVT变速器的核心部件开发与NVH性能的集成技术,有较重要的工程应用价值。The NVH performance control is the key technology of CVT transmission development and performance integration.However,there is a lack of systematic study on the abnormal noise caused by pushing belt self-induced vibration in automobile industry.In this paper,the abnormal noise in acceleration condition of a SUV vehicle is studied.The noise source identification and troubleshooting are carried out for the whole vehicle and its powertrain bench.The mechanism of CVT transmission self-induced noise is described.The specific engineering measures are put forward for the CVT transmission itself and the whole vehicle path.Moreover,the validity of the optimization measures is tested and verified through the assembly process and the surface roughness optimization of pulley sheaves.The study is significantly valuable for improving the NVH integration ability of CVT transmissions and their key components development.
