摘 要:通常,许多燃气热电机组采用低压缸空载供热改造以保障冬季供热。为分析在有限天然气量、不同背压下低压缸空载的供热性能,以某燃气-蒸汽联合循环直接空冷机组为例,通过计算不同背压下低压缸的最小进汽量,确定空载供热的安全调节范围;并建立包含供热量、低压缸功量、冷源损失及辅助设备耗电量的能量系统㶲分析模型,评价低压缸空载工况的供热经济性。结果表明,降低背压有利于增加燃气机组的最大供热出力、低电负荷下的热调峰能力及低压缸能量系统的㶲效率。Generally,low-pressure cylinder transformation with no-load heating are implemented in many cogeneration units to ensure heat supply in winter season.In this paper,in order to study the no-load heating performance of low-pressure cylinder under limited natural gas supply and different back pressures,by taking a gas-steam combined cycle unit as the study object,the safe regulation range of no-load heating is determined based on the calculation of the minimum steam intake of low-pressure cylinder under different back pressures.Moreover,an exergy analysis model is established for the energy system including heat supply,lowpressure cylinder power,cold source losses and the power consumption of auxiliary equipment to comprehensively evaluate the heating economy of low-pressure cylinder under no-load operating conditions.The results show that the reduction of back pressure is beneficial to the improvement of the maximum heating output and thermal peak shaving capacity of the unit under low power loads.At the same time,the energy system of low pressure cylinder can also achieve higher exergy efficiency.
