摘 要:某钢厂为提升智能制造水平,实施了智能连铸项目。其综合管线设计采用全新的数字化设计方式,解决了传统二维出图、蓝图交付的方式中不直观、数据难以再利用的缺点,使设计更高效、协同,且可方便地进行数据的二次利用。分析了数字化设计在连铸管线设计中的关键要素,完成了数字化管线的交付,并形成了一套设计交付标准,提升了设计院的协同设计能力,使生产企业的管理、运维效率得到显著提高。A steel mill has implemented an intelligent continuous casting project to improve the level of intelligent manufacturing. Its integrated pipeline design adopts a new digital design method, solves the traditional two-dimensional drawing, blueprint delivery way is not intuitive, data is difficult to reuse the shortcomings, so that the design is more efficient, collaborative, and convenient for the secondary use of data. This paper analyzes the key elements of digital design in the design of continuous casting pipelines, completes the delivery of digital pipelines, and forms a set of design delivery standards, enhances the collaborative design capability of the design institute, and makes the management and operation efficiency of production enterprises be significantly improved.
