摘 要:目的:探索医院管理人员系统性、定制化的培训模式。方法:以深圳市第二人民医院50名管理人员为培训对象,组织为期半年的定制化培训。结果:经过前期调查和拟定培训计划,有序安排,管理人员的积极参与,收获了良好的培训效果和经验,提高了管理人员的理论、业务水平和综合素质。结论:公立医院管理人员的职业化培训具有现实的必要性和重要性,应探索符合医院实际需求的个性化、职业化管理培训。Objective To explore a systematic and customized training model for administrators in public hospitals.Methods Fifty administrative staff in Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital admitted to a public hospital were selected as the training objects.The six-month customized training was actively carried out.Results After investigation and preparation of training plan in earlier stage,the training was arranged at an orderly manner and got good effect and experience through active participation of administrators,which improved the theory,professional level and comprehensive quality of administrators in the hospital.Conclusions Professional training of administrators is very important and necessary for the development of hospital.Personalized and professional management training should be explored to meet the actual needs of hospital.
