摘 要:为进一步提高基于发光二极管(LED)室内定位系统的精度,提出一种结合成对编码(PWC)的LED室内定位算法.通过将性能较好的子载波与性能较差的子载波进行PWC处理,可缓解由系统噪声分布不均造成的载波间信噪比不均衡的问题,从而提高系统的性能,且PWC技术在预编码阶段不增加开销,解码复杂度低.该定位算法利用非对称限幅光正交频分复用(ACO-OFDM)调制奇载波,然后将调制后的子载波进行PWC处理,在接收端使用接收信号强度(RSS)技术获取位置信息.计算了在确定高度下房间里每个点的定位误差,并与仅基于ACOOFDM的传统定位算法进行了比较.仿真结果表明:结合PWC技术后系统的总均方根(RMS)误差从0.27 m降低到了0.20 m,优于仅基于ACO-OFDM的传统定位算法.To further improve the accuracy of the light-emitting-diode(LED) based indoor positioning system,a LED based indoor positioning algorithm combined with pairwise coding(PWC) was proposed. PWC of the good and the bad subcarriers, with no precoding costs and low decoding complexity,could mitigate imbalance of the signal-to-noise ratio between carriers caused by the uneven distribution of system noise, thereby improving system performance. In the proposed algorithm, the modulated odd subcarriers via asymmetrically clipped optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(ACO-OFDM) method were coded by PWC to determine the location information,which could be obtained by the receiver with received signal strength(RSS) technique.The positioning errors in all the locations of the room at a certain height were calculated and compared with the traditional positioning algorithm which is only based on ACO-OFDM.Simulation results show that by combining PWC techniques,the total root mean square(RMS) error of the system reduces from 0.27 m to 0.20 m, outperforming the traditional positioning algorithm which is only based on ACO-OFDM.
