摘  要:利用粉末冶金法制备不同含量(0.2wt%,0.4wt%,0.8wt%)碳化钽(TaC)颗粒增强的AZ91镁基复合材料,采用XRD、SEM、万能材料试验机对AZ91基体与TaC/AZ91复合材料的物相、宏观织构、力学性能以及断口进行表征。结果表明,TaC的加入有效地细化了基体的晶粒尺寸,促进了中间相β-Mg17Al12的析出,并弱化了基面织构。当加入0.2wt%TaC时,0.2TaC/AZ91复合材料的拉伸/压缩屈服强度分别达到356、431 MPa,与AZ91基体相比,分别提升了26.7%、12.8%,并保持了良好的塑性,0.2TaC/AZ91复合材料的硬度达到109 HB,高于基体硬度约4.8%。AZ91 magnesium matrix composites were reinforced by tantalum carbide(TaC) particles with different contents(0.2 wt%, 0.4 wt%, 0.8 wt%) by powder metallurgy. The phase, macro texture, mechanical properties and fracture of AZ91 matrix and TaC/AZ91 composites were observed and analyzed by XRD, SEM and universal material testing machine.The results show that the addition of TaC effectively refines the grain size of the matrix, promotes the precipitation of the mesophase β-Mg17Al12, and weakens the basal surface texture. When 0.2 wt% TaC is added, the yields tension/compression stress of 0.2 TaC/AZ91 composite reach 356 MPa and 431 MPa respectively, which are 26.7% and 12.8% higher than that of the AZ91 matrix, and maintains good plasticity. The hardness of 0.2 TaC/AZ91 composite is 109 HB, which is about 4.8%higher than that of the matrix.
