摘 要:主要研究了38CrMoAlA、42CrMoA中碳合金钢的气体氮化工艺。气体氮化时,在达到工艺温度后,采用N2+NH3作为新型工艺与仅通入NH3气体进行氮化的工艺进行多炉样件工艺试验对比。结果发现:相同氮化温度和氮化时间条件下,加工出来的试样,其氮化层深及组织明显优于单一使用NH3作为工艺气体的加工状态,获得相同氮化层深的氮化工艺时间可缩短,达到10 h,金相组织也得到了很大改善,使产品更容易达到氮化要求。The nitriding processes of carbon alloy steel in 38CrMoAlA, 42CrMoA were studied. During the gas nitriding process, after reaching the process temperature,the comparison of multi-furnace sample process tests were carried out by using N2+NH3 as a new process and nitriding with only NH3 gas. The results show that, at the same nitriding temperature and nitriding time, the depth of nitriding layer and microstructure of the samples are obviously better than that of the single NH3. A nitridation process time with the same nitridation depth can be shortened to 10 h. Metallographic microstructure has also been greatly improved, making the product easier to meet nitriding requirements.
