崔云教授运用膏方调治男性更年期综合征经验撷萃

摘　　要：[目的]总结崔云教授运用膏方调治男性更年期综合征的经验。[方法]分析崔云教授对男性更年期综合征病因病机的认识,总结其运用膏方调治男性更年期综合征的学术观点及膏方特色,并举案例予以佐证。[结果]崔云教授认为男性更年期综合征的主要病机是肾虚肝郁,痰浊、瘀血为重要的致病条件。针对其病因病机,采用补肾疏肝的治疗原则,兼顾他脏、活血祛痰。膏方运用上注重三因制宜,善施开路方,以肝肾为主,兼顾其他脏腑,统筹兼顾。验案中患者辨为肾虚肝郁、兼夹瘀血,治宜补肾疏肝,配以益气活血之品,采用归芍六味丸合柴胡疏肝散加减,同时配合心理和饮食起居指导,最终取得良好的疗效。[结论]崔云教授以补肾疏肝、调和脏腑、活血祛痰为治法,运用膏方调治男性更年期综合征,疗效显著,遣方用药切中病机、灵活变通,注重身心同调,其经验值得学习与借鉴。[Objective]To summarize Professor CUI Yun’s experience in treating male climacteric syndrome with herbal paste.[Methods]This article analyzed Professor CUI Yun’s understanding of the pathogenesis of male climacteric syndrome, summarized his academic viewpoint and the characteristics of herbal paste. One case was discussed as evidence.[Results]Professor CUI Yun thinks that the pathogenesis of male climacteric syndrome is mainly deficiency of the kidney and stagnation of the liver, phlegm and blood stasis are important etiological factors. According to its etiology and pathogenesis, Professor CUI adopts the method of nourishing the kidney and soothing the liver, reconciling the viscera, promoting blood circulation and eliminating phlegm. It is considered that the prescriptions should be in accordance with seasonal conditions, local conditions and patient’s individuality, and the medication should be cautious. Professor CUI, who pays attention to the principle of "three categories of etiologic factors" in using herbal paste and he is good at using "Kailu decoction", mainly focuses on the liver and kidney, reconciles other organs, and also makes overall plans and takes all factors into consideration in treatment. In the case, the patient was differentiated as deficiency of the kidney and stagnation of the liver combined with blood stasis, finally achieved good curative effect after treated with Guishao Liuwei pill and Chaihu Shugan powder to nourish the kidney and sooth the liver, tonify Qi and remove stasis,combined with psychological and dietary guidance.[Conclusion]Professor CUI Yun treats male climacteric syndrome with tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver, reconciling viscera, promoting blood circulation and eliminating phlegm. He prescribes flexibly to hit the pathogenesis, and pays attention to psychological dredging. His experience is worth learning and using for reference.
