摘  要:目的缩短烟台毓璜顶医院急诊门诊入院的非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)患者急诊停留时间,优化就诊流程,减少医疗风险.方法通过品管圈手法,解析烟台毓璜顶医院急诊门诊入院NSTEMI患者急诊停留时间过长的原因,拟定对策并逐一落实.结果本院急诊门诊入院NSTEMI患者急诊停留平均时间由改善前的(128.14±16.87)min降至(84.14±6.90)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论品管圈工具能够有效应用于急诊单病种就诊流程的优化过程.Objective To reduce the length of stay of patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)in emergency clinic,and to optimize the treatment process and reduce medical risks.Methods Followed the steps of quality control circle(QCC)techniques,the causes of the long stay time in the emergency clinic department were found out.Countermeasures were formulated and implemented.Results The average time for NSTEMI patients in emergency department clinics in our hospital dropped from(128.14+16.87)minutes to(84.14±6.90)minutes(P<0.01).Conclusion The QCC can be effectively used to optimize the process of single disease quality management in emergency departme nt.
