摘  要:目的:建立江苏省优秀运动员功能性动作筛查数据库,研究FMS评分与损伤风险之间的关系,根据结果提出针对性的纠正策略。方法:运用测试法、数理统计法对江苏省371名优秀运动员进行FMS(Functional Movement Screen)测试,用ROC曲线图等方法进行分析。结果:男女队员之间的评分不存在显著性差异,损伤运动员与健康运动员之间评分有显著性差异;损伤风险阈值为12分;评分小于等于12分的运动员发生损伤的相对危险程度是评分大于12分的5.97倍;其中深蹲、躯干稳定、躯干旋转稳定等三个测试小于平均分1.71分。结论:FMS可作为评估运动损伤风险的测试手段,FMS评分低的运动员较评分高的运动员在运动中有更高的损伤风险,同时需重点关注深蹲、躯干稳定和躯干旋转稳定的动作模式,通过FMS纠正策略纠正存在的功能缺陷,可降低运动损伤风险。Objective: The purpose of this study is to establish functional movement screen(FMS) databases of elite athletes in Jiangsu and to examine the relationship between scores of FMS and the risks of injuries, and then put forward targeted corrective strategies based on the results. Methods: 371 elite athletes from different sports were tested by FMS,and the data was analyzed by ROC. Results: There are no significant differences of FMS scores between male and female players, but there are significant differences between injured and non-injured athletes;the FMS scores of injury risk threshold of elite Jiangsu athletes is 12;the injury risk of athlete who gets the scores less than 12 is 5.97 times greater than that of who gets scores more than 12. The scores of deep squat, trunk stability push up and trunk circling stability are lower than the average score of 1.71. Conclusions: FMS can be used as a test method to assess the risk of sports injuries. The elite athletes with lower FMS composite score(≤12) were vulnerable to sports injury, and especially attention should be paid to those who had lower scores of deep squat, trunk stability push up and trunk circling stability. The risk of sports injuries can be reduced by correcting existing functional defects through FMS correction strategies.
