粤港澳大湾区经济高质量发展分析

摘　　要：高质量发展是粤港澳大湾区建设的方向和主线。通过构建城市群经济高质量发展指数,分析2011~2017年粤港澳大湾区及其内部城市经济高质量发展水平,研究结论表明,粤港澳大湾区经济高质量发展总体水平呈上升趋势,各维度对经济高质量发展水平的贡献存在差异。其中,经济发展开放性维度对粤港澳大湾区及各城市经济高质量发展水平的贡献呈现明显下降趋势,值得重视。此外,粤港澳大湾区11个城市经济高质量发展水平形成了高、中、低三种类型,经济高质量发展特征差异较大。因此,推动粤港澳大湾区经济高质量发展,需要针对各个维度和不同类型城市的实际,采取针对性与差异性的对策。High-quality development is the direction and main line of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In this paper,the economy high quality development index of urban agglomeration is established and used to analyze the high-quality development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and 11 cities in 2011 and 2017.The results show that the overall level of high-quality development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is on the rise,but the contribution of each dimension to the level of high-quality development is different.Among them,the economic development openness shows a significant downward trend to the high-quality development level of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and cities,which should deserve more attention.The 11 cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area have three types of high-quality economic development:high,medium and low.And the characteristics of high quality development in different type cities vary greatly.Therefore,according to the conditions of various dimensions and cities,we need to take targeted and differentiated measures to promote the high-quality development.
