适度饮酒和糖尿病防治关系的研究进展和展望

摘　　要：目的探究适度饮酒和饮酒人群糖尿病发生和发展的关系。方法以"moderate drinking"、"ethanol and diabetes"、"适度饮酒"、"糖尿病预防"等为关键词,在中国知网(CNKI)和PubMed数据库中检索相关文献。结果对检索结果中不同酒精饮料的适度饮酒剂量进行总结,对不适宜饮酒人群进行界定,并对适度饮酒防治糖尿病的可能机制进行探讨。结论有研究显示适度饮酒在特定人群中对糖尿病的发生和发展有抑制的作用,但是酒精饮料和糖尿病发生和发展的关系缺乏系统研究,适度饮酒对糖尿病的作用机制有待深入研究。Objective To investigate the relationship between moderate drinking and the occurrence and development of diabetes.Methods Using“moderate drinking”,“ethanol and diabetes”,moderate drinking and diabetes prevention as key words,we searched the relevant literature in CNKI and PubMed databases.Results The moderate drinking doses of different alcoholic beverages were firstly summarized according to the retrieval results,and then people who should be forbidden to drink alcohol were defined.The possible mechanism of moderate drinking ameliorating diabetes was discussed.Conclusion Some studies have shown that moderate drinking has an inhibitory effect on the occurrence and development of diabetes in specific populations,but the relationship between alcoholic beverages and the occurrence and development of diabetes lacks systematic studies.The mechanism of the effect of moderate drinking on diabetes needs to be studied in depth.
