摘  要:目的监测流感病原学特点及流行趋势,为连云港市流感防控提供科学参考。方法对送检本中心的流感样病例(ILI)标本进行核酸检测及病毒培养,并用统计学方法分析连云港市流感监测数据。结果2009年7月-2020年12月,哨点医院在流感监测系统中上报的流感样病例就诊率(ILI%)呈逐年上升趋势,连云港市疾控中心流感网络实验室在此监测期间共收集哨点医院送检的流感样病例鼻咽拭子13410份,检测出流感病毒核酸阳性标本2408份,总核酸阳性率为17.96%;流感病毒核酸阳性高峰集中在冬春季和秋冬季的换季期间。0~4岁年龄段病例占比最大(52.65%),流感样病例(ILI)在各年龄段占比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。流感毒株分离率最高在2011年(60.78%),主要为新甲H1亚型和乙型。2020年2月开始,随着新冠防控措施的实施,本市流感网络实验室再未在哨点医院送检ILI标本中检测出流感核酸阳性标本。结论连云港市存在春季和秋季两个流感流行高峰,不同流感监测年度各流感亚型交替流行,应进一步加强对流感的监测,注意流感优势流行株的变化情况,探索各项防控措施对流感流行的影响。Objective To explore the epidemic characters of influenza in Lianyungang,and provide scientific basis for influenza prevention.Methods Nucleic acid testing and virus culture were performed on influenza-like cases(ILI)specimens sent to our center,and influenza surveillance data in Lianyungang city were analyzed.Results From July 2009 to December 2020,the influenza-like case attendance rate(ILI%)reported by the sentinel hospitals in the influenza surveillance system showed an increasing trend year by year.The influenza network laboratory of Lianyungang CDC collected a total of 13410 nasopharyngeal swabs of influenza-like cases sent to the sentinel hospitals during this surveillance period and detected influenza virus nucleic acid positive specimens.The total positive rate of nucleic acid was 17.96%.The peak of influenza virus nucleic acid was concentrated in winter-spring and autumn-winter.The proportion of cases aged 0-4 years was the largest(52.65%),and the proportion of ILI in different age groups was different(P<0.001).The highest isolation rate of influenza virus strains was in 2011(60.78%),mainly new H1 subtype and B subtype.Since the implementation of the COVID-19 prevention and control measures in February 2020,the influenza network laboratory did not detect influenza nucleic acid positive samples in the ILI samples sent by sentinel hospitals.Conclusion There are two influenza epidemic peaks in Lianyungang city in spring and autumn,and each influenza subtype is alternately prevalent in different influenza surveillance years,so we should further strengthen the surveillance of influenza,pay attention to the changes of the dominant epidemic strain of influenza,and explore the impact of various prevention and control measures on influenza epidemic.
