摘　　要：针对目前高变形抗力材料冷轧生产面临的难题,结合市场需求和未来发展趋势,开发了500 mm小辊径六辊可逆冷轧机组。介绍了机组的设备组成、工艺功能及主要技术参数,重点阐述了该机型在工作辊直径减小后带来的问题、解决思路以及相应的技术:正负弯平滑过渡板形控制技术、工艺润滑喷淋及挡油技术、高可靠性小辊径辊系结构。该机组投入使用后效果明显,为同类设计提供参考。In response to the current difficulties in cold rolling production of high-deformation resistance material,it developed 500 mm small roll diameter six-high reversing cold mill,combined with demand and the future development trends.It introduced the equipment composition,process function and main technological parameters of the unit.It focuses on the current problems of reduced roll diameter,solutions and key technologies as follows,smooth transition of positive,negative bending,lubrication spray,oil retaining technology and high reliability of small roll diameter roll assembly structure.It showed that this technology makes good effect in use,which provides reference to design of small roll diameter six-high cold mill.
