摘　　要：针对带钢镀锌、连退机组生产过程中,带钢在电解槽运行时产生爆鸣和烧蚀等问题,研制了新型的电解清洗设备,根据电解清洗的原理配置了工艺参数,并通过稳定清洗段的带钢张力控制和优化纠偏装置,合理配置绝缘和接地辊以及中间绝缘板,设置实时抽风排放系统、电极板温度在线实时监控装置,该新型的电解清洗设备已应用在宝钢某镀锌-连退两用柔性机组,使用效果良好。In the production process of strip galvanizing and continuous annealing unit,strip steel detonation and ablation during the operation of the electrolytic cell,a new type of electrolytic cleaning equipment was developed,and the process parameters were configured according to the principle of electrolytic cleaning,and by stabilizing the strip tension control of the cleaning section and optimizing the correction device,reasonably configuring the insulation and grounding rollers and the intermediate insulation plate,setting up a real-time exhaust system and an on-line real-time monitoring device for electrode plate temperature,this new type of electrolytic cleaning equipment has been applied in a Baosteel galvanizing and continuous annealing unit with good use effect.
