摘 要:宽厚板有多种矫直方案,不同矫直方案所需的力能参数存在很大差异;本文首先介绍了几种主要矫直方案。其次,对比分析了不同矫直方案力能参数的差异,并得出各方案力能参数在各辊的分布比例。最后,以九辊宽厚板矫直机为例进行说明。文章结合不同矫直方案的特点对力能参数的计算进行归纳分析,不仅为设备强度计算提供了理论依据,而且为矫直工艺的优化提供了参考,在生产实践中具有重要的指导意义。There are several straightening schemes for wide and heavy plates,which require very different force-energy parameters.In this article,firstly,several major straightening schemes are introduced.Secondly,the differences between the force-energy parameters of the different straightening solutions are compared and analyzed,and a further conclusion that their distribution proportions in each roller are different can be drawn.Finally,a nine-roller wide and heavy plate straightener is used as an example.Based on the characteristics of different straightening schemes,the article summarizes and analyzes the calculation of force-energy parameters.The article not only provides a theoretical basis for calculating the strength of the equipment,but also provides a reference for the optimization of the straightening process,which is of great significance in practice.
