摘 要:以某钢铁企业2250热轧生产线中板坯宽度调节机器——定宽压力机的侧压机构为研究对象,建立其三维结构模型,利用虚拟样机仿真软件ADAMS,对其侧压过程进行运动仿真。仿真分析结果验证了所建立的侧压机构的仿真模型比较合理,可以实现预期的运动。得出侧压锤头在运动时的位移、速度、加速度的变化曲线,与侧压机构理论运动结果相吻合,验证了仿真所得结论的的真实性,对研究定宽压力机的运动特性以及为后续设备的故障诊断具有一定的现实指导作用。Taking the side pressure mechanism of slab width adjusting machine constant width press in 2250 hot rolling production line of an iron and steel enterprise as the research object,the 3D structure model of the press was established,and the movement simulation of the side pressing process was carried out by using the virtual prototype simulation software ADAMS.The simulation results verify that the simulation model of the side pressure mechanism is reasonable and can realize the expected movement.The results show that the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the side pressure hammer are consistent with the theoretical movement results of the side pressure mechanism,which verifies the authenticity of the simulation conclusion.It has a certain practical guiding role for the study of the motion characteristics of the fixed width press and for the subsequent equipment fault diagnosis.
