摘  要:为了实现对车载油耗的准确、快速以及便捷的测量,设计了一种基于基于射频技术的车载油耗计量系统。该系统是利用容积法和脉冲法来进行车载油量的检测,利用悬浮液位传感器和零功耗韦根德传感器分别对油位和脉冲进行检测,采用精密计量泵控制电路来计算计量泵转动一圈输入到副油箱中的油量,再通过微控制器中的相关检测算法计算得到车载油耗,利用射频识别技术将车载油耗发送到上位机上进行显示。实际测试结果表明,系统能有效的检测到车载的油耗量,且检测精度高,相对误差小于±5%。In order to achieve accurate,fast and convenient measurement of vehicle fuel consumption,a vehicle-based fuel consumption measurement system based on radio frequency technology is designed.The system uses the volumetric method and the pulse method to detect the amount of vehicle fuel.The suspension level sensor and the zero-power Wiegand sensor are used to detect the oil level and pulse respectively.The precision metering pump control circuit is used to calculate the metering pump rotation.The amount of oil input into the auxiliary fuel tank is calculated by a relevant detection algorithm in the microcontroller,and the fuel consumption of the vehicle is transmitted to the upper computer for display by using the radio frequency identification technology.The actual test results show that the system can effectively detect the fuel consumption of the vehicle,and the detection accuracy is high,and the relative error is less than±5%.
