摘　　要：全谷物食物燕麦(Avena sativa L.)中含燕麦生物碱(Avenanthramide)、β-葡聚糖、和生育酚等众多药用成分,具有抗炎、降血糖以及抗增殖作用等药理活性.主要综述了燕麦生物碱的在燕麦中的分布、合成方法以及燕麦生物碱的多种药理活性.Avenanthramide,β-glucan,tocopherol and other pharmaceutical ingredients are found in whole grain Avena sativa L.,which have anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemicandanti-proliferation pharmacological activities.The distribution of Avenanthramide in Avena sativa L.,synthesis methods and various pharmacological activities of Avenanthramide were reviewed in this paper.
