摘　　要：新冠病毒肺炎疫情的暴发,警示我们不仅要注重公共卫生和防疫体系的建立与完善,还应该注重重大疫情防控过程中的环境治理与生态保护,使其成为重大疫情防控机制体制中的重要一环.对于如何加强重大疫情防控期间的环境治理和生态保护提出了一些建议与思考:加强饮用水水源地监控管理,确保取水和饮水安全;重视环境因素对病毒传播的潜在影响,多部门联合协作,加强对环境中新冠病毒的检测;加强污水和废弃物监测治理,优化处理工艺,防止病毒通过水环境和废弃物扩散传播;加强生态保护与修复,实现源头控制,确保疫情的长效防控;加强疫情防控生态环境科技研究,研制疫情防控应急预案、技术规范和指南,为防疫防控提供科技支撑.The outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 pandemic warns us not only to pay attention to the establishment and improvement of public health and epidemic prevention systems,but also to environmental governance and ecological protection in the process of major epidemic prevention and control,making it an important part of the major epidemic prevention and control system.The paper put forward some suggestions and considerations on how to strengthen environmental governance and ecological protection during the prevention and control of major epidemics:strengthen the monitoring and governance of drinking water sources to ensure water intake and drinking water safety;attention should be paid to the potential impact of environmental factors on virus transmission,multiple departments should work together to strengthen the detection of environmental novel coronavirus;strengthen the monitoring and governance of sewage and waste,optimizing the governance process and preventing the virus from spreading through the water and waste environment;strengthen ecological protection and restoration and achieve source control to ensure long-term epidemic prevention and control;developing scientific research,emergency plans and guidelines on the ecological environment,to provide scientific and technological support for epidemic prevention and control.
