摘　　要：随着人口老龄化、疾病谱的变化,人民群众健康需求日渐增长,而护理人力资源紧缺,护理事业面临前所未有的挑战,发挥护士领导力成为解决这些健康问题的重要策略之一。护士领导力作为护理教育至关重要的一部分,近些年成为国内外讨论的热点。本文旨在综述国内外护士领导力培养现状,为今后我国护士领导力的教育提供参考。With the increased aging population,changing disease spectrum,growing demand for healthcare needs,shortage of nurse staff,the nursing profession has faced unprecedented challenges worldwide.The development of nurse leadership has become an important strategy to solve these health problems.As a critical part of nursing education,nurse leadership has become a hot topic.This article aimed to compare nurse leadership at home and abroad,identify the direction,and provide references for future nurse leadership education.
