摘　　要：随着医疗护理技术的不断发展,专科护理逐渐成为护理学科发展的主要方向。本文通过对专科护士在国内外的发展进行简述,总结专科护士的人才培养和队伍建设,探讨专科护士在解决疑难问题、创新教学科研及投身重大公共卫生突发事件等专科护理实践中的作用,对我国专科护理的发展提出展望。With the continuous development of medical and nursing technology,specialized nursing has gradually become the main direction of the development of nursing discipline.This paper briefly introduces the development of nurse specialists at home and abroad,summarizes the talent training and team construction of nurse specialists,discusses roles of nurse specialists in solving difficult problems,innovating teaching and scientific research,devoting to major public health emergencies and other specialized nursing practices,and puts forward future prospects for the development of specialized nursing in China.
