摘　　要：警报管理目前已成为国内外患者安全管理的重要主题,在临床使用的仪器中多参数监护仪警报事件发生率最高。制订贴近中国临床实践的多参数监护仪警报管理指南势在必行。本指南采用推荐意见分级的评估、制订及评价(GRADE)分级体系和国际实践指南报告标准(RIGHT),针对我国医院管理者和医护人员关注的12个临床问题,给出了具体的循证推荐。旨在促进多参数监护仪警报规范化管理,保障患者生命安全,减轻医务人员负担。Alarm management has become a significant challenge of patient safety at home and abroad.The alarm event rate of multi-parameter monitors was one of the highest among clinical instruments.It is important to develop evidence-based guidelines for alarm management of multi-parameter monitors in China.In order to provide guidance and decision-making basis for hospital administrators and medical staff in China,this guideline provides evidence-based recommendations in 12 clinical alarm issues based on the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)approach,and followed the Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare(RIGHT).It aims to promote alarm management standardization of multi-parameter monitor,ensure patient safety,and reduce the burden of medical staff.
