摘　　要：文章综述了决策辅助工具在乳房重建中的应用现状与未来展望,包括决策辅助工具的概念及不同形式的决策辅助工具对患者进行乳房重建决策的影响,并对国内乳房重建决策辅助工具的开发提出建议,以期提高患者积极参与乳房重建决策过程,促进共同决策在乳房重建中实施。This paper summarizes the application and prospect of decision aids in breast reconstruction,including the concept of decision aids and the influences of different forms of decision aids on patients'decision-making for breast reconstruction,and gives suggestions regarding the development of decision aids for breast reconstruction in China,in order to enhance patients'active participation in the decision-making process of breast reconstruction and promote shared decisionmaking in breast reconstruction.
