益气活血补肾方联合厄贝沙坦对高血压性肾损害患者肾功能的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血补肾方联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压性肾损害疗效及对患者炎症因子的影响。方法:选取100例高血压性肾损害患者,随机分为试验组、对照组,每组50例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,试验组给予益气活血补肾方联合厄贝沙坦治疗,两组均治疗12周。比较两组治疗前后血压、肾功能指标及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者收缩压、舒张压较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后两组β2-微球蛋白、胱抑素C、尿微量白蛋白、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α表达水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后两组IL-10水平高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血补肾方联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压性肾损害,在降低患者血压、改善肾功能、抑制炎症反应方面具有积极意义。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with irbesartan in the treatment of patients with hypertensive renal damage and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods:100 patients with hypertensive renal impairment were selected and divided into test group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan,and the test group treated with Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with irbesartan.The total course of treatment was 12 weeks.Blood pressure,renal function indexes and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressures before treatment between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower in both groups than before,and the test group was lower than the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels ofβ2-MG,Cys-C,urinary microalbumin,IL-6,TNF-αin both groups were lower than before treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-10 level of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the test group was higher than that of the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reaction rates between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Bushen recipe combined with irbesartan in the treatment of hypertensive renal damage,it has positive significance in reducing blood pressure,improving renal function and inhibiting inflammatory response.
