金实教授运用虫类药治疗类风湿关节炎经验

摘　　要：金实教授认为类风湿关节炎的病理因素紧扣风、寒、湿、热、痰、瘀六端,病理性质总属本虚标实,本虚主要为肝肾不足,气血亏虚,标实以风寒湿邪为主。金实教授认为本病病程较长,病久入络,易形成久痹、顽痹,而虫类药具有很好的搜剔病邪、剔络和络、通络止痛的作用,对类风湿关节炎有很好的治疗效果。现对金教授运用虫类药治疗类风湿关节炎进行经验汇总、分析。Professor Jin Shi believes that the pathological factors of rheumatoid arthritis are closely related to Feng,Han,Shi,Re,Tan,Yu.Pathological properties of rheumatoid arthritis always belong to Benxu Biaoshi,the original deficiency is Ganshen Buzu and Qixue Kuixu,and the standard solid is mainly Feng,Han,Shi.Professor Jin Shi thinks this disease course is long,the disease enters collaterals for a long time,easy to form Jiubi Wanbi.Insect drugs have good search tick disease evil,tick collaterals and collaterals,clearing collaterals and analgesic effect,good treatment effect on rheumatoid arthritis.To summarize and analyze the experience of Professor Jin in treating rheumatoid arthritis with Insect drugs.
