摘　　要：高效液相色谱技术是一项重要的现代分析技术,在医药、环保、石化、生命科学等诸多领域有广泛的应用。高效液相色谱仪在使用过程中常会出现一些影响分析结果的问题,包括鬼峰、保留时间漂移、峰拖尾、峰前延、负峰、不出峰等。详细分析了这些问题产生的原因,并提出了相应的解决方法,为从事液相色谱工作的实验室人员及广大教师和学生提供了一些有价值的分析经验。High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)is an important modern analytical technique which is widely used in many fields such as medicine,environmental protection,petrochemicals,and life sciences.There are some problems affecting the analysis results in HPLC,including ghost peaks,retention time drift,peak tailing,peak delay,negative peaks,and no peaks.The paper analyzes the causes of these problems in detail,and proposes corresponding solutions to provide valuable analytical experience for laboratory staff,teachers and students engaged in the work of liquid chromatography.
