管理员提高已购大型仪器设备使用效益的探讨

摘　　要：在国家政策大力支持下,各大科研院校贵重仪器设备规模持续增长,部分设备使用频率低,如何提高已购买大型设备的使用效率,充分发挥其投资效益,是高校实验室工作人员、管理部门和广大教师的工作重点。以南方医科大学中心实验室为例,介绍了已购买的大型仪器设备的使用现状及存在的问题,探讨了问题存在的原因并提出提高设备使用效益的对策,以供管理人员参考借鉴。With the strong support of national policies,the valuable instruments of the university or the college have been continuously increased,some of which maintained low use efficiency.How to improve the use efficiency and investment benefit of the purchased large-scale equipment is the key work of the laboratory staff,management department and teachers of universities.This paper takes the Central Laboratory of Southern Medical University as an example to introduce the current situation and existing problems of the purchased large-scale instruments.In addition,it discusses the causes of the problems and gives some advice to improve the use efficiency of the equipment,which is expected to provide useful reference for instrument managers.
