摘  要:本实验采用微波裂解技术,以花生秸秆为研究对象,通过微波热解将其裂解为固态、液态、气态三相产物;在前期研究单因素(秸秆长度、裂解功率以及秸秆含水率)对三相产物产量影响的基础上,以气体热值为因变量,找出最优的裂解条件,并通过SPSS得出拟合方程、做统计分析,确定了最优的裂解条件为裂解功率2.5 kW、秸秆长度5 cm。In this study,peanut straw was pyrolyzed into three-phase products,such as solid,liquid and gaseous,by microwave pyrolysis technology.The effect of single factor(straw length,pyrolysis power and straw moisture content)on the yield of three-phase products was studied in previous experiments.On this basis,the optimal pyrolysis conditions were found by taking gas calorific value as dependent variable.Then the fitting equation was obtained by SPSS,and the optimal pyrolysis conditions were determined by statistical analysis:the pyrolysis power was 2.5kW and the length of straw was 5cm.
