摘　　要：本期收录的四篇论文分别涉及国际及地区渔业协定背景下中国远洋渔业的发展、《联合国海洋法公约》争端解决机制中非强制程序的潜在价值与优先地位、历史地图在国际海洋划界争端中的证明价值、混合移民船的执法实践中国际法交叉适用的困境与对策,均为国际海洋法实践中面临的新课题或新角度。The four papers included in this Issue focus on the new topics or perspectives in the practice of the international law of the sea.They respectively discuss the development of China’s distant-water fisheries in the context of international and regional fisheries agreements,the potential value and priority of non-compulsory procedures in the dispute settlement mechanism under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea(UNCLOS),the probative value of historical maps in the disputes over international maritime delimitation,and the predicament of cross-application of international laws in the law enforcement practice of mixed immigrant ships and the countermeasures.
