摘 要:针对金属网布筛网在油井防砂中遇到的冲蚀问题,基于实验和计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)模拟计算,采用失重法和McLaury冲蚀预测模型,分析了不同液速对金属网布筛网冲蚀磨损的影响。结果表明:随着液速的增大,金属网布筛网冲蚀速率实验值和模拟值均增大,且冲蚀速率实验值小于模拟值;在液速为0.5~1.0 m/s时,筛网冲蚀速率值呈幂相关,液速为1.0~2.0 m/s时呈对数相关,实验值与模拟值规律一致,误差均小于20%;CFD模拟云图表明筛网速度进口面冲蚀速率大于出口面,且冲蚀云图和筛网电镜图片均表明最大冲蚀率发生在筛网经纬丝交错网孔处。Aiming at the erosion problem of metal mesh screen in sand control of oil well,based on experiment and computational fluid dynamics(CDF)simulation calculation,the influence of different liquid velocity on erosion wear of metal mesh screen was analyzed by weight loss method and McLaury erosion prediction model.The results show that:with the increase of liquid velocity,the experimental value and simulation value of metal mesh erosion rate increase,and the experimental value of erosion rate is less than the simulation value;when the liquid velocity is 0.5-1.0 m/s,the value of mesh erosion rate is power related,and it is logarithmic correlation when 1.0-2.0 m/s.The results of CFD simulation show that the erosion rate of the inlet side is higher than that of the outlet side,and the maximum erosion rate occurs at the staggered mesh hole of the mesh.
